Candice is very good at her profession! We moved from Hawaii to NM, not an easy task. Customs and rules for real estate transactions are different in each state. Candice helped us over the bumps and did a quite a bit of hand holding to get us through a stressful move. I would recommend her and Venturi Team highly.

Candice Banks came into our life at a very difficult time as my mom was recently deceased and we were having to sell her home. She treated the business of real estate with us with incredible sensitivity toward our family and at the same time using her skills as a realtor to assist us in preparing the house to attract the best offer for purchase. She brought people to us to help prep the house for a reasonable price, and show the house in the best manner. Additionally, she kept us informed of the status of visits and traffic to the house. When we started to receive offers, she was as excited as we were. When we accepted an offer, she was very capable in negotiating with the buyers to reach a final offer. My husband and I were moving across the country and had a limited time frame to look at/ buy a house. After we told Candice what we were looking for she sent several listings and had us narrow it down to about 15 with 3 that were "must sees". From our favorites she picked the ones that she most recommended including our must see list. We came to ABQ for three days and she had all of the houses lined up perfectly. She knew about the school and area which was extremely helpful in our decision making process. We were able to see 13 houses in 1.5 days, and put an offer on a house the last morning that we were here. Candice was at the home for home inspections and was super sweet to go over to the house when we had a question about the floors. We loved working with her.

Candice is an amazing realtor. I had a previous realtor and in 60 days I only had a handful of showings and no open houses. Candice reshot my photos, had three open houses, and more showings in two days than all 60 days prior on market. She gave great advice, answered my calls, texts, and emails promptly.
